About the position

As the Registered Manager, you will assume the pivotal role of overseeing the daily operations of our home care operation, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently upheld. Your responsibilities will encompass the supervision and assessment of staff performance to ensure optimal care delivery and all in adherence to our company’s policies and procedures.

While you’ll receive support from your Regional Manager and Operations Director, you’ll enjoy autonomy in managing the day-to-day operations within the home care team. Additionally, your expertise in marketing a care at home service and a demonstrated history of achieving favourable Care Inspectorate reports, compliance, and registration will be invaluable assets in this role.

What you’ll bring to the team

• SSSC registered
• SSSC Managerial and Practice Qualification held – SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9 (or equivalent) and relevant management qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels
• Experience of working as a Care at Home Manager preferred
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group
• Successfully passed PVG check
• Thrives as a collaborative team player
• Providing support and guidance to staff members
• Facilitating effective communication with professionals and relatives
• Handling enquiries and resolving queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Conducting audits of service files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
